Just to let you know, the window washing project ended today, Wednesday, at around 5:00 pm. Nate Carr, the owner, of Reflection Windows was here off and on both yesterday and today checking with his crew and their progress. He seemed to be very professional and pleasantly easy going. From my observations, he took great pride in the work that his people were doing. His crew seemed very competent and well organized in attacking the project. I didn’t notice any sloppy behavior with the crew concerning their work process. Also, they seemed very mindful and careful when they had to work around the residents personal items on their patios and balconies. Nate was very good to walk with me around the complex to inspect the quality of the work as the project went on. Because of the past problems we had with the former window cleaning company, in the beginning, I emphasized the importance to both Nate and his crew of making sure that they checked carefully that no windows were missed. To the best of my knowledge, none were. Nate Carr said that if there are any problems or questions with the work that was done, please let him know immediately. He guarantees 100% satisfactions with his work. From talking with him and seeing the work that they did, I certainly believe what he says.
